To use the ARC Disclosure Service for carrying out checks in England and Wales we require organisations to be registered with us.

Registration with our Disclosure Service is free to ARC Members.

Non-members are required to pay an initial registration fee of £25 plus VAT.

To register your organisation with the ARC Disclosure Service we will need you to complete and return the following forms (along with a cheque payable to ARC Ltd for your initial registration with us if you are not an ARC member):

• Employer’s Registration
• Indemnity statement

Once we have received your Employer’s Registration and Indemnity Statement forms we will record your organisation’s details and requirements and will send you a pack of blank CRB Application forms, guidance notes and pre-paid envelopes ready for your use.
