To use the ARC Disclosure Service for carrying out checks in Scotland we require organisations to be registered with us.

To register your organisation with the ARC Disclosure Service we will need you to complete and return the following forms:

• Employers Registration Form – Scotland
• Scotland Indemnity Statement
• Retention Compliance Proforma

Once we have received your Employer’s Registration, Indemnity Statement and Retention proforma we will record your organisation’s details and requirements and will send you a pack of blank Application forms, guidance notes and pre-paid envelopes ready for your use.
